General Terms
Driver Age	The Minimum Driving Age for this rental is 24. The Maximum Driving Age for this rental is 60.
Driving Licence	Drivers must present a full valid national licence at time of rental and must have held the licence for a minimum period of 1 year. Drivers Aged 24 to 60 must have held a Full Driving Licence for A minimum of 1 Years to Rent a vehicle, International driver licence is required if the drivers licence is not written in the Latin alphabet.
ID	Foreigner/Visitor - Passport with valid Arrival stamp - Valid Driver’s licence (with English Translation or IDL) - Credit card - under renter’s name Local Renters - Valid Government issued ID - Valid Driver’s licence - Credit card - under renter’s name -A proff of billing under the renter name and address n of the Driving Licence or an International Driving Licence and Passport
Breakdown / Accident Instructions	First thing to do is get it out of the way of traffic. If there’s a hard shoulder or Emergency bay / parking area you can pull into. If there isn’t, pull over off the road as far as you can. - Put the hazard lights on and get everyone out of the car and away from the road, using the doors facing away from the road. - Place the Early warning device (EWD) or triangle at least 50 metres behind your car if it’s safe to do so. - If you believe it’s too dangerous to get out of the car, make sure everyone keeps their seatbelts on, put your hazard lights on – and call Zezgo Jordan immediately at Tel. +962 795 703 070

Pets	No pets allowed in the rental vehicles. Should it be found that a customer has had pets in the vehicles a cleaning charge of 75.00 JOD will be chargeable.
Smoking	Smoking is allowed in cars, but this does not include burns in the car caused by smoking, and we add the car, as it will be charged according to the damage inside the car and impose 5 JOD car cleaning fees.
Flight Delay Policy	If we have be given the flight number we will monitor all flights for any delays and keep the car for the customer in opening hours, If no flight number has been given then we will only keep the car for the customer for 2 hrs after their booking collection time.
Fuel Policy	The fuel policy in this branch is combined with the same. No additional fuel surcharges will be added to your rental costs unless you return the vehicle with less than the full fuel tank. If you return the car less than the fuel tank upon receipt, you will be charged for the lost fuel at the current pump price b. No fuel deposits will be taken when collecting the vehicle. No refund will be made for unused fuel.
One Way Rentals	One Way Rentals are included in the price quoted, providing you have selected the correct drop off location when requesting a price.
Unused Days	If a vehicle is returned early we do not refund for any unsued rental days
E-Voucher	We do accept E-Vouchers
Max Rental Period	The maximum rental period is 30+ days
Out of Hours	The costs of any out of hour's reservations are included in the price quoted, providing you have selected the correct return times when requesting a price. If you change the collection time or return time and this falls outside of our normal working hours you will be subject to an additional charge.
Cross Border	I do not travel across borders
Accepted Methods of Payment	Accepted Payment Methods are Mastercard Credit Card, VISA Credit Card,
Deposit	When you collect a vehicle you will be required to pre-authorise a deposit amount on your credit card, even if you have purchased excess cover from a third-party company. The deposit amount varies depending on the vehicle you book and are listed in the table attached
Other Information	All costs derived from the use of the incorrect and/or lack of fuel are not included. Zezgo is not to be held liable for items stolen, forgotten or lost inside the vehicle. It is recommended that the customers have these items covered through personal travel insurance. The loss of the vehicle Key or documents is not covered. Damages or costs deriving from customers loading the car with more than the stated capacity or taking vehicles "off-road" (unpaved roads) will be the customer`s responsibility. No insurance will cover customers driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and/or found using their mobile phone at the time of an accident. The vehicles displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental partners. We cannot guarantee the make/model or traction of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.
Disclaimer	Rental might be denied if you do not meet the car rental company's requirements to rent a vehicle, or if you do not have available all necessary documentation. Additional fees may apply for rental service beyond hours of operation, such fees being levied by the rental company stated on this booking confirmation and under the terms and conditions of that rental company and in local currency. Driving on unpaved or unauthorized roads will result in your insurance coverage will be terminated automatically
