Refund Policy

This section is for payment instructions; a credit card may be required for a security deposit. Upon or before pick-up, customers will be required to pay the rental amount and a deposit. The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard Credit Card, Visa Card, American Express. The deposit can only be left in the following ways: This must be by payment card. Only cards issued in the name of the main driver or companion are accepted. Prepaid cards are accepted. The main driver or companion must present a physical payment card in his name with sufficient funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will not accept cards that are not recognized internationally or locally. Any prepaid reservation we receive from any customer is the responsibility of the customer to pay as the company is not aware of the method of payment from abroad and who the card holder is, it is the responsibility of the customer and cancellation of the reservation is subject to our cancellation policy and there will be no refund of the amounts paid by the customer and he has no right to dispute it. We do not accept payment by virtual cards (such as GooglePay or ApplePay) or someone else's card (including family members). The deposit will be returned within 30-60 days through the card company.
