Refund Policy

This section relates to payment only; A credit card may be required for the security deposit. At the time of receipt, customers will be required to pay the rent amount and a deposit. The following payment methods are accepted: cash, Visa Debit card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, MasterCard debit card. Deposit can only be left in the following ways: MasterCard credit card, Visa credit card. Only cards issued in the name of the main driver are accepted. Prepaid cards are not accepted. The main driver must present a physical payment card in his name with sufficient funds to cover the deposit to pick up the vehicle. The rental company will not accept virtual credit cards (for example, GooglePay or ApplePay) or someone else's card (including family members). The deposit will be returned within 14 days through the card company.
