ADDITIONAL DRIVERS

Additional drivers must meet same qualifications as the renter. Additional drivers must appear at the rental counter with the primary renter. There will be an additional charge of 5 JD per day for each additional authorized driver other. Additional drivers must be 21 years of age or older.

AFTER HOURS

Out of hours fees (20:00 - 08:00): 10.00 JOD per way.

AGE

Renters and additional drivers must be at least 21 years of age or older with a valid driver license and a major credit card. The name on the license and credit card must match. Debit cards are permitted at the time of rental if the driver is at least 21 years of age with a valid driver license. Debit cards must be associated with a checking account .
Renters who are 21-25 years of age will be charged an underage driver daily fee of 10JOD. Renters aged 21-25yrs of age require a security deposit of 750.00JOD.
There will be an additional cost of 10jd per day, depending on the age of the driver: the age of the driver is sixty or over.

CANCELLATION

In the event that a reservation is requested to be canceled, it must be notified 48 hours in advance, and an amount of 20% of the prepaid reservation value will be deducted.
If the reservation is not canceled, the amount paid in advance will be confiscated, as the company considers the reservation to be effective. The customer must make sure of his reservation before completing the reservation process in order to preserve the company’s reservation dates. The customer is not entitled to request a refund of any amount that has been paid through the reservation site or otherwise, because the company has pledged to provide a car to the customer on the date of his reservation and is committed to providing a car (or similar) according to his reservation, which has been confirmed and approved. This is an acknowledgment from the car renter.

DEBIT CARDS

Renters must be 26 years of age with a valid driver license. Debit cards must be associated with a checking account at a bank. No additional drivers are permitted when using a bank debit card. ****** IF YOUR ARE A FIRST TIME CUSTOMER ONLY USING A DEBIT CARD – you will need to present current copies of any 1 of the following; current pay stub, electric bill, gas bill, sewer bill, water bill, or telephone bill. Bills for prepaid services are not accepted.*****

DEPOSIT RULES

A minimum deposit of 350.00JOD is required for all rentals. ***Renters aged 21-25yrs of age requires a security deposit of 350.00JOD*** WE DON`T ACCEPT PREPAID CARDS, MONEY ORDERS OR GOVERNMENT CARDS . A 500.00 JOD deposit will be processed on the credit card for all full size vans and specialty vehicles at the time of the rental reservation. A 48 hour advance cancellation is required to receive a refund of the deposit. If the reservation is cancelled within 48 hours of the booked pick up time, the deposit will be forfeited.Refund of your deposit, or any amounts owed to you, are posted by U-Save at the close of your contract when you return the vehicle. However, depending on your financial institution, it can take up to 14 days to process.

DRIVERS LICENSE

All drivers must be at least 21 years or older with a valid driver license. Drivers below the age of 26 must use a major credit card bearing the same name as the name on the driver license. The driver license must be valid for the entire rental period.

GAS

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel level as rented. If the fuel level at the time of return is lower than at the time of rental, we charge a refueling fee at the rate listed on your rental agreement.

OPTIONAL PROTECTION PRODUCTS

Optional Protection Products We offer 4 optional coverage products for an additional charge. Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Personal Accident Insurance / Personal Effects Coverage (PAI) / (PEC), Supplemental Liability Insurance (SLI), and a Tire and Windshield Waiver (TWW). Pricing and coverage information for each product is available for review at the time of rental.

OVERSTAY

You must notify us by phone to extend your rental period beyond the return date listed on your rental agreement.

PICKUP/DROP

During REGULAR business hours, we will pick you up at a set time from the address requested. If the address is more than 10 miles from our location, a pick up fee may be assessed.

RULES

TOWING IS NOT PERMITTED WITH U-SAVE VEHICLES.
